The balconies of the
guesthouse's rooms dispose an amazing view and in combination with the
rest service facilities they compose the ideal scenery of escape,
relax and joy for the travelers.
The rooms are decorated by the
minimal luxury of ecological aesthetics, with pale and earth colors,
which offer an atmosphere of well being and calmness. The spaces of
the guesthouse and the services it offers have been formed with
respect to the guest and with ecological spirit in order to offer
comfort combined to the natural simplicity that matches harmonically
with the area. Our philosophy about accommodation is based on the
triptych: natural environment, peaceful relaxation and simply luxury.
The amrican breakfast is served in a breakfast room or in the guests' room the hour they
choose (with extra charge of 20 euros), and contains whatever the guests want from a big list that
disposes: marmalade or honey from Vitina, milk (hot or cold), natural
orange juice, corn flakes, toasts, or fresh bread slices, cheese and
ham, variety of dry fruits, scrambled eggs of their choice, coffee,
tea or other tisane, homemade cake (vanilla, chocolate, low fat),
butter, yogurt, local sweets, homemade cookies.
Reservation policy
Room Rates
The standard rate of rooms involves the accommodation of 2 persons, w.Extra persons can be added,with a surcharge of 10% for adults, and 5% for children under 12 years old.
Reservation Guarantee
Reservations are guaranteed through a down payment, of up to 25% of the total value of your stay, which cannot be lower than one day’s rent. If the agreed time interval for the deposit of the down payment passes, then the reservation is no longer valid and the rooms in question are treated as available. In case you don’t wish to make an online reservation, you may contact us by phone and secure your reservation through the deposit of a down payment to the company’s bank account.
Payment
In case your reservation is guaranteed through a down payment, the balance of the total amount of your stay takes place at the end of your stay. If the length of your stay is longer than one week, the guesthouse reserves the right to ask for the weekly payment, at the end of each week.
Cancellation Policy (if not otherwise specified during the booking and agreement procedure)
Cancellations announced 21 days prior to arrival, receive complete refund. Cancellations occurring less than 21 days prior to arrival, are charged with a compensation fee equal to the 50% of the agreed rent for the number of days cancelled (after the balance of the down payment paid in time of booking).
Partial Cancellation- Compensation Fee
Our rates depend on the length of your stay and the date of your reservation. At your arrival, we confirm the agreed departure date. In case you decide to leave earlier room rate is subject to change, if not otherwise specified. Furthermore, you are charged with a compensation fee equal to the 50% of the agreed day’s rent for the number of days cancelled.
No-show Compensation Fee
If your reservation is guaranteed and you don’t arrive at the date agreed, the room(s) remains at your disposal until the day following your specified arrival date and the departure hour set by the guesthouse. In case of no-show, you are charged with a compensation fee equal to the 50% of the agreed day’s rent, for the number of the remaining days (after the balance of the down payment paid in time of booking). Exceptions to the above constitute cases of proven emergency or unforeseen circumstances.
Check-In Time
Check-in time begins at 14:00.The arrival day is normally included in the day’s rent regardless of the arrival time.
Check-Out Time
Check-Out time is at 12:00.Until that time no rent is required. After 12:00 and until 18:00, 50% of the day’s rent is charged, whereas after 18:00 you have to pay the whole day’s rent.
Reservation Modification or Cancellation from the guesthouse
In cases that reservations appear to have resulted from or include mistakes, as well as when the guest(s) has engaged in inappropriate or fraudulent activities, the guesthouse reserves the right to modify or even cancel them.
Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage made in and to the guesthouse by themselves, their guests, their staff or any other person for who they are responsible for (damages made to property, furniture, objects, etc).
Liability on losses
The guesthouse cannot be held liable for the loss or damage of any object brought in the guesthouse by the guests, their party, guests or staff, or when the loss, damage or destruction is due to exceptional circumstances.
Inability of Service Delivery
In the event that the guesthouse is unable to accommodate guests during the agreed dates due to mechanical, electronical or human error, or in unforeseen circumstances, the guesthouse will make efforts to accommodate guests, for the specified dates, at a comparable guesthouse of the area and will pay any difference in room rates that may exist as well as the cost of transportation to that guesthouse. If the above cannot be ensured, the guesthouse compensates guests with the agreed value of stay.
